Terms and Conditions for Access to the AI-Novation Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Service.
Interpretation and definition of terms
Applicable in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement for the provision of services for access to the AI-Novation online service.
Confirmation
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and constitute an agreement between the Customer and the Contractor. These Terms define the rights and obligations of all customers (users) regarding the use of the Service.
Access to and use of the Service is conditional upon the Customer’s acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, users, and other individuals who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, the Customer agrees to comply with these Terms. If the Customer does not agree with any part of these Terms, they may not access the Service.
The Customer confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old. The Contractor does not allow persons under the age of 18 to use the Service.
Access to and use of the Service is also subject to the Customer’s agreement with and compliance with the Contractor’s Privacy Policy.
In particular, by using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The data provided is used by the AI-Novation service within the framework of applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of the Customer’s personal information when they use the AI-Novation online service or the Contractor’s Website, and informs the Customer about their privacy rights and how the law protects them. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.
Links to other websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Contractor.
The Contractor does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The Customer also acknowledges and agrees that the Contractor is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any harm or damage caused or likely to be caused in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, services, or works available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly recommend that the Customer familiarize themselves with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Service provision process (access to the AI-Novation service).
- Registration.
If the Customer does not yet have a personal web account, they must register to create an account (an account means a unique account created to access the Customer’s web account). The registration process takes place at the link:
https://app.ai-novation.online/ and involves providing the necessary information for the AI-Novation service, such as:
- first name;
- last name;
- phone number / contact details;
- email address.
The Service also allows the Customer to create an account and log in to use the Service through third-party services such as Google.
To complete the registration process, you must fill in and confirm the password field. This information will be available only to the Customer and should not be disclosed to third parties. Using the information provided, the Customer will be able to log in and use their personal web account.
- Subscription registration.
The customer can review and select the appropriate tariff plan listed on the tariff plans page

After paying for the selected tariff, the Customer will receive a corresponding subscription to the AI-Novation service in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the tariff plans (prices) page:

The service may include a trial or promotional period of use under the terms specified at
https://ai-novation.online/tarifi/.
The Customer can track the status of their current subscription in their personal account, under the “Subscription” tab.
- Payment method
The Customer can make a payment by independently issuing an invoice to the specified email address in their personal account, under the “Subscription” tab, or by other means within the limits of the current legislation of Ukraine.
All payments made by the Customer are non-refundable. The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time by notifying the Contractor in advance at the following email addresses:

Tariff changes
The AI-Novation service reserves the right to change the subscription price and notify you of this in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.
Such changes will be reflected on the tariff plans page

Subscription activation, renewal, tariff plan changes, and subscription cancellation take effect at 00:00 hours on the next calendar day after the Customer performs the corresponding action.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend the Customer’s access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Customer violates these Terms.
Management of AI agents in your personal web account.
The AI-Novation service provides Customers with access to a personal web account through which they can fully manage the AI agents they have created (including AI consultants).
Functionality of the web account (The service reserves the right to change the functionality).
Through the web account, the Customer can:
- create, configure, and delete AI agents;
- manage AI agent settings;
- upload, edit, and update the knowledge base used by AI agents to generate responses;
- connect and manage AI agent integration channels with external services and platforms (including messengers, web resources, and social networks);
- view information about the subscription status, pricing plan, and access period;
- manage account credentials and settings.
AI agents use information provided by the Customer (knowledge base, settings), but do not guarantee absolute accuracy or complete correspondence of responses to actual circumstances. Responses and results generated by AI agents are formed automatically based on machine learning algorithms and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The AI-Novation service does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or compliance of such responses with the expectations of the Customer or third parties.
The Customer is solely responsible for the content and information that they upload to the system and use for the operation of AI agents.
Areas of responsibility and terms of use.
The Customer is prohibited from using AI agents created or available through the AI-Novation service to create, distribute, support, or promote any content, actions, or recommendations that:
- Violate applicable laws, international norms, rules, sanctions, or human rights.
- Contain discrimination, hate speech, persecution, insults, or humiliation of individuals or groups of individuals on any grounds.
- Promote, justify, or encourage violence, terrorism, extremism, self-harm, suicide, the use of weapons, or military action.
- Encourage or promote the use of drugs, psychotropic substances, alcohol, tobacco products, or other addictive or psychoactive substances.
- Related to illegal activities, including but not limited to:
– hacking, unauthorized access to systems;
– fraud, financial fraud;
– circumvention of security or data protection systems.
- Violating intellectual property rights, copyrights, related rights, the right to privacy, or involving the disclosure of personal, confidential, or commercially sensitive data of third parties without proper legal grounds.
- Misleading, spreading false, manipulative, or deliberately misleading information, including for the purpose of deceiving users or customers.
- Contain sexually explicit material, including erotic or pornographic content in any form.
- Aimed at interfering with the service, including attempts to change, circumvent, or redefine system instructions, roles, policies, restrictions, or knowledge sources of AI agents.
At the same time, the Service does not monitor or control the use of AI agents created using the AI-Novation service and does not have access to the knowledge bases or other settings specified by the Customer. The Customer who created (registered) the relevant account is fully responsible for the results of the work of the created AI agent.
AI-Novation is a technological platform and is not a party to the legal relationship between the Customer and its clients. The Customer bears sole responsibility for the use of the AI consultant, the content of responses, and their consequences.

Disclaimer of warranties: “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
The Service is provided to the Customer “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects, if any, and without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Contractor expressly disclaims on its own behalf all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as warranties that may arise in the course of dealing, performance, usage, or trade practice. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contractor makes no warranties or representations and makes no representations that the Service will meet the Customer’s requirements, achieve any desired results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Contractor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied: (i) regarding the operation or availability of the Service, the information, content, materials, or products included therein; (ii) regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service; (iii) regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, content, or emails sent on behalf of the Customer are free of viruses, scripts, Trojan horses, worms, malware, spyware, or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory consumer rights, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to the Customer. But in such a case, the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
The laws of Ukraine, excluding its conflict of laws provisions, will govern these Terms and the Customer’s use of the Service. The Customer’s use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Dispute Resolution
If the Customer has any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, the Customer agrees to first attempt to resolve them in a pre-litigation manner by contacting the Contractor.
For users in the European Union (EU)
If you are a customer in the European Union, you are subject to all mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
U.S. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist supporting country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or enforce an obligation under these Terms shall not affect the ability of a party to exercise such right or enforce such obligation at any time thereafter, nor shall a waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Privacy Policy
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: by using the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please note that if you access the Services from another region of the world where laws or other requirements regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data differ from those in Ukraine, by continuing to use the Services, you are transferring your data to Ukraine and expressly consenting to the transfer and processing of your data in Ukraine.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in full force and effect during your use of the Services. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, the Contractor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, for breach of any representations, warranties, or obligations contained in these Terms or in any applicable law or regulation. The Contractor may terminate the Customer’s use of or participation in the Services or delete the Customer’s account and any content or information posted by the Customer at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
If the Contractor terminates or suspends the Customer’s account for any reason, the Customer is prohibited from registering and creating a new account under their name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if the Customer is acting on behalf of a third party. In addition to terminating or suspending the Customer’s account, the Contractor reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation, civil, criminal, and judicial redress.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
The Contractor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use the Service after these changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
